  • Refunds: All donations are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a processing error. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at hello@horsefirstinitiative.com.

  • Recurring donations may be canceled at any time by the donor through the original payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Donorbox).
